Reiki
I am an Usui Reiki master, and a Level 3 Celtic Reiki Practitioner.
Reiki is an energetic healing modality that uses either light touch, or hovering hands to channel healing energy into the energy body.
Usui Reiki utilizes Divine Source energy and works within the chakra system in order to facilitate healing.
Celtic Reiki utilizes the 3 cauldron system and tree energy to facilitate healing.
Both are powerful and amazing, and it comes down to personal comfort with which energy system you'd like to utilize!
